These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of any product including any order placed by you for any product over the Website.

Placing An Order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us by email at store@misona.co.uk or by post using the address given above.

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to the Company to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and the Company for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We use world class shipping & logistic services such as Royal Mail and FedEx. Order ships in 1-2 business days after payment is processed. In some cases, if no one is available to receive your delivery, a card will be left advising the consignee of options and to contact the carrier. If re-delivery is not arranged, or the item is not collected within the allocated time by the carrier, or returned by the carrier after re-attempts, re-delivery charges will apply. Delivery charges cannot be refunded for failed deliveries. Delivery charges for UK orders are £4.10 or free if over the value of £50. For overseas orders, shipping costs will be automatically calculated once you reach the checkout page depending on the size and weight of your order. 

Conformity of Goods

You should bear in mind that buying textiles over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in a store. You will need to be aware of the following:

Colour: We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. Please note that colours may vary slightly in images shown on our website. This is due to photography lighting and natural fibre products.

Care: Dark colours need to be washed separately. All linens shed some fibres during few initial washes. Therefore they should be washed alone and/or inside a pillowcase to retain the fibres. Washing Machine and Tumble dryer filters should be cleaned regularly. Always refer to the care instructions provided on the product care label as they are specific to the nature of the product. We cannot be liable for any damage to your clothes, washing machine, tumble dryer, carpets, flooring & fittings due to not complying with the washing instructions given.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to display through this Website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping cart. You can choose to receive a single delivery if some items in your order are out of stock, please tick the box to request a single shipment in the checkout delivery page. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation.

Prices

All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

Returns Policy You can return the item/s within 14 days of receipt and get a full refund.

  • Item/s must be returned in the same condition as sent with all the original packaging intact. The purchaser is responsible for all return costs. We recommend that returned item/s to be posted by traceable postage. We do not take responsibility of package being lost whilst returning. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded within 2 days of receipt. If any returned item/s is not defective, has been tampered with, misused or damaged, it will be returned to the customer.

Offer terms and conditions

Promotional Offers

From time to time Company run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. We refer to these collectively as our "Promotional Offers". All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order both on-line and in-store. All of our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:

  1. They are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
  2. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
  3. They are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication on the website or in stores, they cannot be used outside of that period;
  4. If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund; and;
  5. All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

Voucher Codes

On occasions, the Company will release Voucher Codes via email or other marketing channels. The Voucher Codes enable a discount to be applied to your order as specified on the marketing communication. To apply the Voucher Code online enter it as requested during the Check Out process. The discount will then be applied to your order, subject to the terms and conditions below:
