What makes your natural bathroom mats sustainable?
All of our products are crafted from eco-friendly materials, ensuring a minimal environmental impact from production to your home. There are two options you can choose from – diatomite and organic cotton. The latter is available in two different sizes – as mats and runners.
Are there different styles of bath mats available?
Yes, our range features a variety of designs and colours to complement any bathroom decor. The organic cotton bath runner and bath mat range is available in blush pink, dark grey, duckegg blue, light grey, natural, ochre and white. The diatomite range features four colour options: blue, grey, off-white and marble, with a special pattern imitating the luxurious stone.
Are your mats non-slip?
Absolutely – safety is one of the reasons we need a mat in our bathrooms in the first place. Our range of natural bathroom mats and bath runners is secured with a non-slip spray latex backing to keep you safe and reduce the risk of any unfortunate accidents, slips and falls. That’s enough to make our mats grip the floor really nicely and provide adequate protection. Even our stone mats come with a complimentary sheet of non-slip backing – free of charge.

What is so special about your natural bathroom mats?
The first range redefines bath mats, setting a completely new standard in the industry. It employs a highly absorbent diatomite technology to soak up all the water on its own within 60 seconds – dry surface almost instantly after use. No more cleaning, wiping, or slips and accidents. The second range features mats and bath runners crafted exclusively from GOTS-certified organic cotton – a heavyweight, soft and incredibly absorbent fabric.
Do you offer any other products besides bath mats?
In addition to bath mats and bath runners made from diatomite or organic cotton, we have a collection of soft towels with a luxurious feel available in bamboo or organic cotton versions.
Are Misona products plastic-free?
We’re dedicated to offering products without any plastic components. At the moment, only our natural bathroom mats made of diatomite use plastic packaging.

What’s your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders over £50. In other cases, the standard shipping fee is £4.10. For all the orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail, FedEx, or ParcelForce Tracked and Signed For 48 Hour service.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
All orders received before 12pm are dispatched on the same working day. The delivery takes 2-3 business days within the UK.
What if I don’t like it? What’s your return policy?
Our customers get to enjoy an easy 30-day return policy for purchases made in the UK.
